REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your Filia Candles products. If for any reason you are not and you purchased your product directly from our website www.filiacandles.com we will gladly accept your return within 14 days, providing the products are unused, in the same condition that you received them, and are in their original packaging.

1. Firstly email us within 14 days of delivery at info@filiacandles.com with your name, order number and reason for your return.

2. Return the product to us in the exact condition you received it, unused to the address below.

If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. we accidentally shipped something other than the product that appears in your order confirmation), let us know and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

If the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We cannot supply return shipping labels. We strongly suggest that you ship via Royal Mail with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.

Once we receive the return and confirm the product meets the above criteria, we will issue a refund for your purchase back to the original payment method when you placed your order. 

​

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs.
